I messed around in practise tool and found out a funny illaoi build dont know the order but it heals like crazy off batlle over 400+ regen. Items in build: heartsteel, warmog's armor, unending despair, spirit visage, thornnmail and steelcaps. Hope u try this or tweak for actual usage :D
