Woah, what a plot twist with Zygarde in it. But in my opinion, Yveltal wins. Yveltal could easily fly off edge to dodge Xerneas' attacks (although Xerneas can do that too) and even though Yveltal doesn't have any alt form, Yveltal's aura sphere, which is a ball, is much bigger than Xerneas', which is just a spirit (see 1:54).
