I think I know why that buckle is doing that maybe it's the angle the strap has to be because of your foot if you take the stitching out and find the correct angle and Stitch it back also you can use a circular piece of metal or Oval to connect the two straps I don't know just some thoughts

I run in Z-Treks and looked at Z-Trails for hiking. I went with Luna Mono Gordo's because of the thicker sole. They're heavier though which I don't like. Good video--subbed. (I liked that you used the Z-Trails a lot before reviewing them--not everyone does that, unfortunately.)
