I filled out all employee details, posted the pay run and filed to ATO - why has the employee not been paid?

Hi - I hope our support team was able to help you with this? But to note, Xero doesn't actually pay the employees - you will need to do this from your bank account and you can use the payment file generated by Xero > central.xero.com/s/article/Process-a-pay-run-and-pay-employees -OG

@@xero What? This happened to me too. This is not made clear in the payroll video. Its the most important part of payroll. Xero does everything else but does not pay them, that makes no sense.
