Thank you! This helped me solve my issue... my spring had lost tension. Twisting it a few extra times resolved the issue.

@@ItsBinhRepaired the plastic thing I looked at a diagram and I cant tell if its a "chute low" part#054e55441 or "chute high" part#054E55420 I saw the spring was a spring on the actuator I believe. Thank for your help btw....
