Discordo completamente. Ricoh apresenta até 2024 produtos com muito menos tecnologia que a ricoh . O Custo de serviço de pós venda ricoh é muito caro . E xerox , além de apresentar melhor perfomance no dia a dia , reduz muito o custo com as unidades substituiveis pelo cliente. Ricoh ainda precisa melhorar muito pra chegar perto de uma xerox
