Good afternoon sir! May tanong po ako regarding sa Pag-ibig HL process nyo. What if tapos na po ang renovation ng unit kelan po ang filing nito sa pag ibig and gaano katagal approval kay pag ibig after maipasa? Thank you!

When the renovation is 90% finished, the Housing loan application will begin po. Upon reservation there's an allowance po ng 2 to 3 months (usually 2 mons) the 3 mons for the housing loan process kay Pag-IBIG po.

@@jonathanryanmiclat8494 thank you very much for this info sir. We made the reservation last May 2023. Possible po kaya na mkapag move in kami by Nov this year? (Contract po kasi sa current house namin will end by Nov) And may ma rereceive po ba akong any notification from Weschester or Pag ibig na na-file na nila ang housing loan ko? Thank you!

@@gabgamer2677 My advice po is to closely coordinate with your agent and or the personnel in charge of the documentation. If all goods ang mga requirements, no delays sa materials for renovations, and no major repairs after checking the unit before turnover, pwedi po kayong makalipat in November or December.
