I need you people's help to really dissect each line! I decided to focus on the bigger picture during my reaction. I know the comments are always filled with helpful little golden nuggets of analysis, so please don't hold back!

Hmm. Yes. Help dissect lyrics. But I kinda just want to thank you for the featured cat butt in the reaction video 🤣 In my defence I am tired and need to get ready for bed 😂 It’s a beautiful song from Ren though. As usual. Really looking forward to his new song on the 29th…

I think you get the bigger picture just fine. Ren is the golden nugget 😘👍 Edit: Great reaction/breakdown on barz🔥❤️🔥

I'd like to see that interview, especially the bit where you ask him if it's 'all about the creative process' 🤣Joking aside, watched a lot of Ren reactions, from a lot of reactors and you would be my choice for the interview!

“Being a Genius is borderline Insanity” that’s what I usually hear about people who are like REN. Even in his interviews, you can see he thinking about a million things. Ren is gift and I hope he gets healthy enough to write, sing, and perform more music.

This is just outrageously beautiful and moving. Is there never an end to these stunning tracks from Ren! Great choice.

Great Reaction! This song is so deceptive. Just when you think it's going to be one of his lyrical songs, he brings out that rap that just knocks you back. I love that! 🔥🔥🔥

Thanks for reacting to this particular Ren song, it doesn't get the attention it deserves. Great words of wisdom from you on this one.... much appreciated 💕

This is an incredibly well written song. I love the ending segment of this song where Ren's lyrical genius and artistic creativity are on full display!

This one is so amazing on different levels - I think it's hard to dissect the lyrics on this one, it hits in such a personal way and the same time is so universal because it resonates with so many. Stunning piece of art!

This is probably my favorite song of his - and Crutch. They talk to me in a deep way. My mental health has been hurting and haunting me since I was - i dont even know -, and it's how much a person can take, being dealing with a pain so strong. When she says "I did it for my health, how come I'm still unstable. and fallen far from help, a suicidal angel...", it hits THERE.

It's amazing how someone can express exactly how it feels - perhaps not universal, but it means we are not long. Hope you're healing and growing into your strength and inner power, sometimes pain/suffering is the fuel, as we can see with Ren and find it for ourselves. Warm wishes to you:)

The 'I live in a lie with a lion inside that is hungry for my sanity' is my bar in this. No clue which lie this might be, so many options, but right now I have a lion inside that is eating my mind. And it sucks. Wish me luck that it'll get better.

As an engineer I found his reference to the square root of pi, quite profound. Because, although we have an answer we use as a round number 1,77245 etc the official number for pi has infinite decimal, so the square root is impossible. So for Ren to know this, man he is very clever. Great reaction.

That 70% water that the body is made up of, that he must have reduced his by a considerable amount, was because of him crying. At the start of the verse, he said he wished he could stop crying. I could just imagine how hard it was for him cause in Suicide he also mentioned that the ocean came from his tear ducts. And that part where he went to his rhymes and switched the flow, I was with you sinking in my seat as well lol This song is just perfect, the only thing I didn't like was it ended, it seemed too short, but it was 4mins and 25secs.. I hope you could you interview him. I would like to see that..

Dissecting each line isn't one direct answer. Ren has said that once he released a song, it's up to every listener's interpretation. You're doing a great job. Keep up with your style of reactions and you'll be creating your own universe.

Great reaction man! Been loving these! Can’t remember if you had reacted to his song Blind-Eyed with Sam Tompkins yet but there was deffo a call back to that song in there with the “for goodness sake, a double take, but I don’t want to eat that cake” Really really powerful track this one. Can’t wait to see the rest of your reactions.

Not really specific to this song, but you will probably get some insight into Ren's thought process in this clip where he discusses the main purpose of art. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y5CzmoeLicqdY80

It's easy enough to follow his thoughts- you just have to be a fellow neurodivergent 😂 But all jokes aside; It's hard enough being ND when you don't have the additional wright of physical illness piled upon your already different functioning brain. I think there are a lot of us relating to his music/ lyrics because we feel understood and heard 🫶🏻

@@xFayze Yes that's the base meaning of the line... but I also LOVE where you went with it, as if through crying so much he's now less of himself. So many of his lyrics just have that depth where they can be turned over in your mind for awhile before revealing all of the layers of meaning. Maybe that's why Ren is the only artist that I can listen to on repeat and never get tired of it.
