Finally! The review of the XForce catback exhaust for the mk6 GTI. This video shows clips of the exhaust with no other performance modifications, ONLY the catback exhaust. The exhaust overall is amazing, quiet at cruising speeds, louder than other catback systems for the mk6 GTI, has DSG farts, crackles at very low RPMs, and simple to install. I highly recommend this catback for any mk6 owners looking to make their car a little louder without getting an aftermarket downpipe!

In my opinion, perfect GTI sound. Loud but not obnoxiously loud. I think I'm sold on the exhaust. I want one for mine. The valvetronic system would come in handy for me as well when I am on the highway and cruising. Awesome video :)

I love my borla. Sounds great and don't mind the mild drone. Its idle is also quiet.

@@orange9807 yeah, cold start has a nice sound. Crackles in 3rd and 4th gear between 3 to 4 thousand rpm. Looks great and i can't wait to slap my dp on.

@@b0bbydigital14 sounds great. I have a APR down pipe and it already burbles a lot and sounds very deep now that it is worn in. Just note the sound will get better once u wear it in.

Do you know if a Unitronic or CTS downpipe would fit with this exhaust? Or do we have to buy theirs?

As long as that CTS or Unitronic downpipe is 3” it will fit. I am running a 3” Raceland catless downpipe to the XForce catback now

@@370zmike I was running 225/40/18 tires. I had on H&R Street Performance SS coilovers. The coilovers were $1,200 brand new and I only used them for around 5k miles; I could sell them to you for $700 if you are interested

This is the loudest catback exhaust made for the mk6 platform so any other exhausts out there will sound even quieter and more like the stock exhaust. Look at my newer videos with a catless downpipe paired to it, it sounds a lot better and louder

Catless downpipe has been on for quite a while now. There is very minimal drone at all. XForce did a fantastic job with the catback because for a catless car its pretty quiet when cruising
