Question, if you ran Legend: Alacrity and Cut Down on the secondary runes could Cait lean more towards Tank buster or would she lose to much damage from not taking gathering storm and absolute focus?

need gathering storm and absolute focus for q waveclear at level 9 and late game scaling! you'd have to take lethal tempo as main rune if you wanted those secondaries i think

id assume because this caitlyn build is play for headshots + ability damage, it's cheaper (and better for spacing) to go swiftness, since you are not building attackspeed anyway

Like that dude is a hardstuck gold player if you're being really generous. I've seen silver players first-time skarner and be better than that.

Yeah, upon further review, there's no way he's above gold. He clears badly... e's in 1v2 and just kills himself before thresh comes back to lane... he misses every spell all game long in general, and he's forcing fights with no objectives up for no reason when weaker when waves aren't pushed.. dude is 130 cs at minute 27 and he forces bot fight at like 30 mins with Nash up instead of basing he 100% is a bought acc.

Yeah at 32 mins u catch poppy with Nash up and jax spawning and skarner just e's over the dragon pit and runs at them like a bronze player and forces a really awful fight and almost kills Cait and Diana.. instead of just walking to Nash... which anyone above silver would just walk to Nash there... jax spawning before poppy it's absolutely free. 100% skarner is bought acc or elo boosted.
