Hesonoo is XG’s chant that they do. It means “umbilical Cord” in Japanese; which makes sense seeing as they dance as one, even BLINDFOLDED their synchronization is TOP TIER! This part of Hesonoo: "Welcome. Seven life forms detected. Accessing. Hibernation deactivated. Landing sequence initiated." I believe means they’re waking up from hibernation after a long space travel; I'm assuming from the space ship in their song Left Right MV. That last line "landing sequence initiated" also tells me that there's a connection into the grl gvng video.

Now why did I know before how this reaction would be? ^^ We all want something like this in longer, but these are the intro tracks to the album that were only meant to set the stage and get the theme of the album across - XG are aliens from outer space coming to visit Earth. The logical next reaction would be to GRL GVNG (Girl Gang) that immediately follows on the album and continues the storyline. Warning - the MV of Girl Gang is even shorter, under two minutes, but it's worth it. The full song is longer, so it is highly recommended that you watch the MV and immediately afterwards the lyrics or the dance practice version with the complete track.
