If you've seen the movie Annihilation, Princess Mononoke, or any Ghibli movie, you'll probably see references to that in this music video. I've noticed the art in this music video is real, the costumes look like real art pieces and not "Ai." The visuals on this music video is just so beautiful, most of their music videos are so cool visually but this one is just on another level.

They are invading and destroying one Planet "Trolls". Love and flowers. XG have already infiltrated the evil army; They continue their mission, on another planet to destroy the bandits there in this MV, Howling, winning another planet, as they won planets in GRL GVng and Woke Up. Extraordinary music is fire, is XG.

@@elkaidred0512 XG is K-pop. However, they can't say it out loud because they're headquartered in Japan and they need to maintain Japanese fans. But they don't go around saying it's J-pop either. They call it X-pop. But it's clearly K-pop. Check out who produced XG and where xgalX, the company that actually produces and manages XG, is located. It's Korea. All of XG's members trained in the K-pop system for over 5 years. They debuted in K-pop and every time they make a comeback, they do it on K-pop music programs. Also check out who makes XG's songs and choreography. They're all K-pop people. In fact, even this Howling song was made entirely by people in the K-pop industry.

i think the song was about infiltration, the beat in the first part is like a detective theme - for me. a direct shout to the toxic music culture and style. their target is the industries that gave same old concepts and you know "bad/toxic cultures". if you watch the vid again, the pack are getting bigger. they killing/targeting crowds that still focusing on same old "stereotype music". They're giving new colors to the old system. shooting each person like attacking them one by one.. in the end, they want to bring down the king/person who manipulate everything.❤ Thanks to Jofx - the QR means "PIG", he saw it on X -and that's my interpretation with the song

Am I the only one who thinks the bass in the begging reminds the bass in No More Dream by BTS? Before someone comes after me, this is not a bad thing, an accusation or anything like that, I just pick up a resemblance in the sound.
