xg is so good. they always make rnb/hip hop music and its all in english. there also not kpop and none of them are korean besides 1 that is half korean lmao

We think we read somewhere that they follow the k-pop industry training and formula so maybe that's where we got confused?

@@TheReelTimesit is a bit confusing at first, don’t worry. XG is Kpop adjacent - the members are training in Korea in what’s basically like a Kpop training system and they do promote their music on Korean music shows. Their company’s CEO is Korean and was a Kpop idol. The members are Japanese but can speak Korean and English, which is awesome, and their musical inspiration is definitely from Hip Hop and RnB. I’d argue they are some of the strongest dancers and have one of the strongest rap lines in any group at the moment. Truly talented ladies!

Glad y’all are enjoying XG they really are a Xtraordinary dream team! They have one of the most versatile discographies in music even though they debuted just last year. I really hope y’all react to more XG because they do not miss! And all their dance practices are top tier, because each member could be considered main dancer. Loved the reaction, and thank you for supporting our Xtraordinary Girls! I know LEFT RIGHT will be stuck in your heads!

I'm going to claim that they're the best dancers in the currently promoting girl groups right now. I don't think its even a competition at this point. They dance like a trained dance crew with all the mannerisms and vocals of a well-polished idol group.

Yes 🙌🏽 XG the new Xpop group by XGALX from AVEX JAPAN 🇯🇵. Every one of their Songs are 🔥. Every member has dedicated themselves fully into dance and even the the four rappers can sing excellently. I wasn’t surprised at all when i saw one of them with braids during the dance practice. Watching how heavily influenced their music seems to be from the mv, it was to be expected that they will try to take and mimic it all, not just the musical style or the outfits. I was worried, but hoping i will be proven wrong 🤡. They don’t know. Probably not exposed to internet. Or didn’t (try to) understand where to stop or draw the line while copying. I wanna add language barrier too, but… Anyway, amazing song. Definitely adding to my playlist. As for the musical influence, when I heard you only mention out loud Britney spears and Spice girls, i was like “what 90s are you talking about?” What I hear and see mainly is Aaliyah and lots of the 90s African American girl groups’ influence in everything. Well, I’ll give a tiny percentage to spice girls for outfits… maybe.
