Wow I didn’t think y’all would look at the song so differently. But what you all had to say has been what the fans have been discussing. XG has always been about women empowerment and chasing your dreams. So in a sense all of you are right the MV itself portrays a different story from the lyrics but together they paint a very cohesive piece up for interpretation. Loved the reaction! I hope you’re enjoying your journey of our Xtraordinary Girls, there still so much amazing content of theirs you haven’t touched yet I can’t wait for y’all to react to Shooting Star and the iconic XG TAPE #2 GALZ XYPHER. interesting to see the different theories to the song, i feel like the most common one has been about it being about how poorly girl groups and women are treated in the industry, the other is about the girls being treated poorly in the relationship and then imagining it being reversed

The song is about how society treats women like puppet from ancient times (Harvey's teeth, Jurin's teeth) to modern day especially the music industries. The bridge part is XG breaking the idol industrial boundaries lead by their CEO Simon. The part where XG running up to the top is breaking free from how society treated women like puppet. My personal opinion.

The album is well-crafted very much unlike other albums whose songs are just put together at random. XG is XtraordinaryGirls, created with the "X" DNA gene. XG had experienced a lot of hate at the beginning of their debut because of being Xpop and also being a fully Japanese Girl Group. The Song I feel is about the different music journey they had at and taking a leap of faith with their new genre concept. They are still continuing with the Alien 👽 and bring something new Globally.
