I seriously didn't feel that way towards a girl group for a while, XG literally made me overwhelmed, lost for words and mindblown in a good way. The song, the concept (alien-universe-icy? Please that's so unique, I loooove it), the girls being highlighted all the time (Hinata and Maya being highlighted here more than Mascara), the dance, the outfits, THE BLUE HAIR OMG, the budget for the music video Their synergy as a group is top notch, really one of the best comebacks I had in a long time! XG are different and we live for it! 💜

They are an international group (per their own statement) therefore I feel they would literally just fall under pop as a whole and not be region based since they sing in all 3 languages (Korean, Japanese and English)

These girls are phenomenal. I adore how serious and passionate they are with their chosen craft. You could feel their deep understanding to what they got themselves into thus they are such a delight to watch. Their synchronicity is flawless yet you won’t find them robotic, you can feel their genuine joy with what they do hence they were never boring to watch over and over again. Their charisma is overflowing and so innate that they don't need to try hard looking fierce yet you can still feel their strong presence. I just love them so much to the moon and back. XG superiority 😭 It seems every single that comes out is better than the last. (And they've killed it in the other two singles!!) Hinata deservingly got more lines in this, but even with that, no one seems to outshine anyone! I love that! These ladies definitely deserve all the exposure, support, and love that they can get. Chisa, Hinata, and Juria's vocals in this are so heavenly, while Jurin, Cocona, Maya, and Harvey's rapping perfectly balances the rest of the song. Also the star choreo!! Incredible.

I did not specify any groups since I was not thinking of any particular group and I do watch several videos of idols not just from Korea and Japan. I am not putting down others but looking at groups with unsynchronized dancing when the dance move requires them to be on the beat destroys the performance for me. I know that every song doesn't require all the members to be synchronized as each person has a different talent. You are reading to much from my comment.
