XGに対するリアクション動画をアップしてくれてありがとうございます！前回のTAPESの動画も拝見しました🙌🏻最近のXGに対する議論(HIPHOPなのか否か)を見ていて感じたことは、これまでも多くのアイドルラッパーがカバーを披露してきたけど、ここまで「作詞も本人たちなのか」について熱く議論された人はいないんじゃないかということです。そういう話題が出ること自体が、彼女たちへの期待値の高さを表していると思います。個人的には、100%彼女たちだけで作詞しているとは思っていません。まだまだ英語の語彙力は成長段階だと思いますし、未成年の子もいるのでどちらにしても会社のチェックが必要でしょう。ただ、最新のビハインド動画からも彼女たちが少なからず作詞に携わっている(どういうメッセージを込めたいか要望を伝えている)のは確かだと思います。これから彼女たちがアイドルとしてキャリアを積んで、ラップスキルや英語力がさらに向上した暁には、100%自分たちで作詞したラップが聞けたらすごく嬉しいですし、そこまでの道のりを応援していきたいと思っています。

Simon/JAKOPS is the owner of XGALX the label for XG, plus he chose the members from their auditions and manages/produces them now. You're probably too busy to watch their documentary, but if you get time watch that (it's in 8 parts). You'll see his processes in putting them together, his production styles and ATL collaborations, the grueling auditioning of the girls over 5 years and more. Very emotional, inspirational and will draw you more into their story. A must watch for ALPHAZ or anyone who likes music documentaries, especially the ins and outs of the business. Dope reaction and insight as always. Hint: Some of XG almost didn't make it, won't say who.
