This version sounds better than the studio version in my opinion. Yes every member in this group is top tier talent….but I’m starting to think that Maya is the ace…she raps and sings at such a high level, plus she is a top tier performer. XG is set up for a great 2024. Also….NOBODY touches XG when it comes to R&B…they are the Queens.

Did you hear Chisaiana Grande sing? This is the result of many years of training. Every First Take performance has 1 rule: sing live with one take. So kudos to XG for singing so well live. No backing vocals. No autotune. Just pure singing talent...and months of practice.

It's not even their talent ... or skill ... or the composing/production. It's that they bring the passion back. And bro, they don't have their own lane, they are alone in the whole stadion. Show me any group, anywhere, from any time, that can do THIS, AND is a professional dancing crew, AND a killer rap group. I can't remember one that has all this at the same time, and I am ancient.

This version is better because you can hear the backing vocals clearly and the final vocal run does not fade out. I will definitely add this with the original in my Christmas playlist. I may add the It's Live version when that comes out too. This song is that good.

I completely agree with your description of them as "dangerous". Many people have said they are talented, and of course I have no objection to that, but for some reason I just don't feel comfortable with those expressions. This performance solved one of my doubts.

Those mics better be clear. They cost at least $1200 a piece lol. I think it’s the Neumann TLM-103. If it’s not, it’s the 102 which only cost $700. Still a lot of money. Correction, it could be an AKG c414. But the price is still at $1200 each
