It can but you have to use the right Clamp. For dimple keys and residential keys you may need M3 and M4 clamps.

No, you have to use a separate programmer.

Please there is one important thing that I first of all will like to know,how and where did you order this equipment. Somebody needs to be careful to be able to know the correct and right direction to follow so as not to get into the wrong hands.Finally,the big question,how much does this equipment cost.
