You guys are off to a very good start. Your channel is Excellent. Please tell Grandmother to wear gym shoes, shoes that have a rubber sole. I don't know what you call these shoes in China. Shoes you play basketball ball in...etc. I too am older and have to use a walker and a cane. I've learned that we older people must have comfortable, soft shoes that won't slip on the bottom. Tell her to take her time, but to at least just stand up everyday. Wiggle her toes and flex her feet (while sitting) back and forth throughout the day to keep good circulation. With all respect, the meat and bones help heal and cure our bodies AND use the fat for fuel so we LOSE weight. It is the vegetables we eat too much of that make us GAIN weight. Eat all meat with fat as much as you can. Go longer between eating you will lose weight and feel better. Meat satisfies your hunger.
