先说清楚 成为新加坡人要知道保健公积金 不要寄望太大，每年只有限定的钱可以用 长期兵也是一样 我们这里华人有长说的一句话: 新加坡可以死不可以病(大病，长期病) 最重要是医药保险一定要买 以防万一

I really appreciate that you emphasise your Hongkonger's identity. This is really important for our future (of course we have future). I lived in Singapore for about one and a half year. The most difficult thing for me is its weather; for me it is damn heat there! Orchard Road would be a good place for shopping for Hong Kongers; actually it is modelled after HK. But there is an area near Out Tram Park metro station which is both beautiful and cozy. You will find some nice restaurants, bars there but not too crowded. I don't remember the exact location. If you have time, it would be nice to shot a video there and share with us. Many thanks.

我听到广东话特别亲切 因为我是新加坡籍贯广东 新一代的新加坡华人就不会说方言 像是我表弟和他香港老婆有一个现在读大学的儿子，有一次在我阿姨家就问了我表弟的儿子懂不懂广东话，他说不懂不想学因为在新加坡没用到 我个人觉得新加坡应该保留方言

新加坡消費一d都唔平，以這裏(坡人) 人工水平計。 私樓越起越細。 真正平的系政府組屋。去hawker 食系平，但食物質素，環衛生都不佳。餐廳吃加10％服務費再加7％GST(過兩年加到9％.） 同香港差唔多。 假設一个人由香港移民來新加坡，人工一樣不變，租私樓住。disposal income 會少咗。因為稅高咗，消費打了 7%GST. 仲要俾政府扣減20% 人工交CPF

you just read one survey, but recent years, many other surveys indicates sg ranked no1 most expensive cities for foreigners $$$$$, even more expensive than hk, tokyo, beijing, shanghai, seoul, and each time sg gov jumped out immediatedly to rebuff and confuse readers , saying if you dont eat in restaurants, dont drink wine, dont rent live in bungalow, dont drive a car, it is not most expensive here

BTO stands for ‘Build-to-Order’ and refers to new public housing flats built and sold by Housing & Development Board (HDB). BTO is one of the modes of sale of new HDB BTO flats in Singapore. This system offers the applicant flexibility in location and timing when applying for his/her new flat. Construction will only begin if the demand for the number of apartments in a specific contract exceeds 70%. A waiting period of about 3-4 years is usually required since flats are built upon order.

听说消费税加1%，物价有压力吗

消費稅下年由7%升至9%, 去餐廳吃飯，連服務費10%, 即是飯錢再加total 19% 😮

香港的菜市场比新加坡便宜很多，份量又多。香港普通餐厅比新加坡贵。但是新年酒楼10人套餐比新加坡便宜很多，款式好多多。新加坡中餐厅只卖那几样年菜套餐，没什么选择，非常懊恼。
