英國買Apartment 重點係管理費,唔可以用香港思維去理解,傳聞無管制下,今年收2千一個月,出年可以加到5千,不可想像,就算供完,管理費亦未必負擔到,大家要有心理準備,所以有D超平,亦無人問津,講完。

That always happen in London leasehold apartment . Deansgate Square - Renaker is really acceptable in service charge increment. (And w excellent facilities all free to use for owners)

本地人大都偏向選擇買house, 因為夠大有花園甚至driveway, 又唔駛俾人限制裝修自由及繳交service fee, ground rent 等隨時會亂咁調整嘅月費, 而且買賣程序繁複過house。 不過都有唔少香港人抗拒house, 嫌要上落樓梯、打理花園麻煩、又覺得保安不及apartment

I personally wouldn’t touch leaseholds, service charges, ground rents are extortionate and marriage value on leases. Freehold any day, only pay what you think it’s worth and don’t overpay. You have to ask yourself that if you need to sell in 6 months time, will you get your money back.

Even if one wants to buy oversea property don’t need to buy from hk local agent except you don’t know English cos local agent will get high commission and this reduces the final yield, buy it directly from oversea developer Nice quality property won’t need to sell oversea with hk local agent unless it is leftover or not attractive in its hometown…for any long term investment , must pay your own effort to work on researches for best
