所謂回流人士的數字，實際上包括進入香港只超過一個月的人士，李梓敬說的海外（abroad），說穿了也只是從大陸到港的人，這些人包括一些因為疫情不能回港的港人。然而更甚的是，這數字是統計局最近修訂的數字，所以所謂「增加」，更貼近事實的講法應該是操弄數字，以說好香港故事。

法律不止要看条文内容，还要看具体的施行和使用。英国的国安法我不了解。但是香港的国安法，严重的打击压制破坏了香港的民主和自由。这是我们中国政府想要更牢固把控香港的代价。香港的行政长官重要政府官员和代表香港市民的香港议员，几乎全部都是中国政府审查准许后上台的。这就违反了香港基本法和中英联合声明。反修例后香港的言论自由和民主是大幅度退缩的。这点应该是没有任何疑问的，如果连这点都不认同，那就没有什么好说的。就说城市论坛这个节目。是80年代英国统治香港时期开始的一个香港市民参与的讨论辩论香港政治民生等议题的论坛和节目。论坛申请的时候港英政府也担心这个论坛的言论会影响港英政府对英国的管治和港英政府的威信（香港民众可以在这个公众论坛批评港英政府包括施政在内的众多问题）。但是最后港英政府还是同意了这个论坛并且支持公众参与论坛。前两年这个节目被停播了。电台运营否认是受政治压力关闭，说纯粹是电台自主运营的决定。我们不是电台，我们没法说电台是睁眼说瞎话。但是随后没有多久，城市论坛这个节目过去的视频大量下架全部下架。你现在在youbube上的RTHK频道找不到这个节目了。除了这个节目还有一些其他优秀的，有深度的节目也遭遇停播和下架。停播你可以解释是电台经营的正常决策与政治无关。但是下架过去制作好已经上架youtube等平台不需要支付费用还能有收益的节目，是电台经营的正确决策与政治无关？我们是否可以说这些人在睁眼说瞎话？而现在，这些睁眼说瞎话的人把持了香港。香港议员李梓敬就是这样睁眼说瞎话的人之一
