今回は香港でトップクラスに有名な飲茶屋さんをご紹介します。
オーダー型ではなくワゴンを押したおばちゃんがテーブルの前で飲茶を出してくれます。
目で品物が見えるので安心して注文できます。
飲茶屋さんはオーダー型が９割なので貴重な体験ができますよ！
ピーク時は激混み覚悟で来店して下さい。

You can arrive between 7 am and 8 am, there is no need to arrive too early. Next time, you take taro wedges (炸芋角), it is fried on the surface, and very soft and smooth taro puree on the inside. It is very tasty. The dim sum at 蓮香居 is made by himself, so it is particularly fresh and delicious (many dim sum are now shipped from Shenzhen) I thank fried food will take a little longer, it’s too early and it’s not ready yet. Thank you for enjoying Hong Kong food. 😊

Thank you for your recommendation 🥳 Taro wedges sounds very tasty ! As you said, I think arriving there around 7-8am shd be good🤣 It was too early so only limited choices were available 😂

飲茶、テーブルでワゴンが来るのを待っていれば良いのですよ😃 テーブルに来た時におばさんがセイロの蓋を取って見せてくれます。

@@bikkururi お茶の注文時だけ広東語が必要かもしれません。ホンピン＝ジャスミン茶プーレイ＝プーアル茶入店後空いてる席に座って定員さんからお皿貰ってお茶を注文後広東語話す機会はないのでご安心下さい飲茶はワゴンでくるので席に座りきたら欲しい飲茶指で指せばもらえます。お会計時は伝票をレジに持っていけば会計してもらえます。是非お試しください。
