香辣薯仔豬骨鍋‪@chillcook29419‬
呢個係一個韓式家庭料理,
無論就咁食,或者用嚟打邊爐都一樣咁正。
韓國人會喺食曬豬骨同薯仔後,
留番少少汁,加入白飯,雞蛋,麻油,
炒勻後再加紫菜碎同䓤花,
就做出一個另一款美食喇。

材料份量:
豬脊骨 1800g bone spine
薯仔 3個780g potatos
白菜乾 70g dried Chinese cabbage
紫蘇葉 10片 perilla leaves
水 2.7L wate
薑12g ginger
蒜頭 半個 32g garlic
蒜茸 半個 30g minced garlic
大蔥1棵 (124g) leek
洋蔥 1.5個 onion
料理酒 85g cooking wine
香葉 1g bay leaves
黑胡椒粒 5g black pepper
辣椒6隻20g (小辣) red pepper
韓國大醬 3大匙 80g Korean chili paste
韓國辣醬 2大匙. 130g Korean say beans paste
鹽 12g salt
魚露30g fish sauce
胡椒粉 2g whit pepper powder
麻油 4g sesame oil
芝麻適量 sesames
韓國泡菜辣椒粉 5g(小辣) Korean chili powder
