今回は、熊野古道の中辺路（小広王子～熊野本宮大社）を”野宿”🏕️で前泊して歩いてきました😁 紀伊田辺方面から本宮に向かうルートの後半部分で、舗装路が少ないということで決めました🙂 野宿も心地よく、日の出の少し前に起きて身支度して、6時前に出発しました⛰️🌳 発心門王子までは自販機もないようだったので、水はたっぷり6L超を背負って😆 キレイな休憩所＆トイレが何ヵ所かありました。トイレがキレイって有り難いですね🎉 気持ちよく歩くことができました😄 熊野本宮大社⛩️にお参りして御朱印も頂いて、一休みして帰途🚌🚄に 駆け足ながら充実した1泊2日でした😉

This time, I walked the Nakaheji (Kohiroji ~ Kumano Hongu Taisha Shrine) of the Kumano Kodo with the previous night at "Sleeping rough". In the latter half of the route from the Kii-tanabe direction to the main shrine, I decided because there were few paved roads. The camp was also comfortable, so I got up a little before sunrise, got dressed, and left before 6 o'clock. There didn't seem to be a vending machine until Prince Hasshin-mon, so There were several clean rest areas and toilets with plenty of water over 6L on my back. Toilets are clean, I was able to walk comfortably. I visited the Kumano Hongu Taisha Shrine, received a red stamp, took a break, and on the way home. It was a fulfilling 1 night and 2 days.

Cool dragon at 26:15! That's a fancy looking dam at 42:32. And what are those boxes for with the little door inside? (There's one at 46:09). Great mountain view at 1:01:30! Nice walk 👍😊

In the boxes, stamps are in. It is called “Stamp Rally” in Japan, maybe an English word coined in Japan. In generally, “Stamp rally” means going to various places to collect stamps on a card for receiving prizes when you finish collecting all stamps. In my walk, stamps are placed along the road and the prize is a certificate of having walked through all the road. There are 36 stamps, I walked part of the road．

@@yama.sampo.2019 That's interesting - I've seen people get stamps on pieces of wood when they've climbed mountains - but those stamps were burnt on using a hot iron with the stamp on the iron 👍😊

近露で前泊して宿の人に小広王子辺りまで送って貰うのも良いみたいですよ😀 それから基本的に熊野古道関連は宿泊施設があまりないので早めに予約した方が良いようです。コロナ前は外国人旅行者で予約が埋まってたようです。

GWに中辺路の東部分、熊野三山(那智, 本宮, 速玉)に行ってみることにしました😉
