大外刈、大内刈、小外刈、小内刈の違いの覚え方。 大と小は自分の足の外と内。 外と内は相手の足の外と内。 大外刈は、(自分の)足の外側で相手の(足の)外側を刈る。 大内刈は、足の外側で相手の内側を刈る。 小外刈は、足の内側で相手の外側を刈る。 小内刈は、足の内側で相手の内側を刈る。

Having trouble getting your seoinage to work? Learn kouchi. Kouchi is likely the best throw to pair with seoinage as they can be used with each other with either one being the setup and the other being the technique. Same can be said for kouchi makikomi and ippon zeoi

I do Ko-uchi a bit differently. I grab and hook the arm, sweep the leg and fall with my opponent.
