Even knowing the end of this story I'm still team Xiang Liu! He will always be in my heart! He sacrificed himself because he had to as a general.. He was not tortured with his unrequited love that much at the beginning. He always had some hope for a great happy ending, he just fully enjoyed being around Xiaoyao, and I guess vice versa! The author couldn't make a happy ending for us because this way there would be so many reactions on these series... Anyway, in my heart I still believe that they love each other endlessly. Xiaoyao loves him but she can't resist loving Tushan Jing as well. And Xiang Liu tried his best to make her live her life happy without worries about him even at the cost of his own death! He's so...OMG And Xiaoyao cried about him at the end... She can't forget him but he has decided she needs to.. that's so sad... but I love them and hope Xiaoyao won't forget him (she won't!) and will find the secret behind this wooden doll Xiang Liu has made for her wedding 🥲🥲🥲🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 They lost each other forever in this mortal life but they'll continue to love each other endlessly and forever and ever! That's what matters.. And about Tushan Jing..I have nothing to say... Xiang Liu has a much deeper soul :())
