What keeps him sane and in balance probably is due to his ability to do sincere introspection and him consciously trying to be grounded. Once in an interview, he revealed that it is not losing fame that he is most afraid of, but what fame can do to his head, his mind. With this statement, I am hopeful that no matter how high he had flown, his feet are still firmly planted on the ground. It is not only space that he is restricted to nor the time to being with his old friends and loved ones, but the freedom to know, interact, connect, and build lasting relationships with others, other than his staff and co-workers. I believe that Zhan is a well grounded actor who can weather any storm(227 for example). From his interviews he also says he balances his work and personal time. He also appears to have a strong support system. Though he once mentioned he has social anxiety ( which is understandable because of how he is hounded by fans). He started his own studio and soon he will cut ties with Wajijiwa. Ich glaub das große Problem ist die Art wie viele Chinesen aufgewachsen sind. In der Chinesischen Gesellschaft hat das Individuum nicht so viel Wert wie die Gemeinschaft und deswegen gibt es so was wie Privatsphäre in der chinesischen Gesellschaft nicht. Ich bin selbst eine Chinesin, die aber in einem deutschsprachigen Land aufgewachsen ist und sehe da deutlich die Unterschiede vom Mindest zwischen Internationale und Chinesische Fans. I wouldn’t say I’m the biggest fan but once I commented on a post of him on a fan page and I received sooo many DM’s from impostors pretending to be him although at times I wonder if one was actually him but I ended up shutting down my social media account as the DM wouldn’t stop from crazy fans and scammers…maybe cause I was attractive and they trying to pry to see if I had any romantic involvement with him when I’m just a complete total stranger who happens to love the movie The Untamed. One of the DM I received questioned if I was a undercover journalist which got me wondering if that was him and if it is he really must have a hard time being able to trust and establish any kind of friendship or relationship but I can say that I am fan now as I can see what a great actor and singer he is!! Not only Xiao Zhan, but every artist, whether is an actor/actress or singer, goes through the same frustrating and overwhelming situation. When you pick that kind of career and become popular/famous and a public figure, the price is steep. You unfortunately loose your privacy. There's no so much of a way out, since globalization has taken over the whole world, and Xiao Zhan and tons of other Chinese, Korean, Thai, Filipino, etc actors, as happens in Hollywood, will be recognized almost everywhere. However, with the help of a good assistant and with a careful planning, I think that actors should privately escape for a while, from everything and recover some of that lost privacy. Unfortunately they cannot stay in Asia, to escape. They need to fly far away and stay in remote places wirh the less public possible. I really consider Xiao Zhan, and all actors for having to pass so much time of their lives like this. Be perseverant in building some private spaces for you. And.... You do not needvto accept every single acting project. Once in the semester.....just say "No" to a couple of drama offers and quietly vanish from everything to be yourself somewhere else in the planet, away from Asia. 😉❤

After seeing this video i felt really bad for him. How much this boy endured at this young age. The people who wants to evade him from this industry, I am asking you why are you troubling him? Why do you hate him? What did he do to you all? If you want to support yibo, u do but for him why do you slander,humiliate Xiao zhan? Love each other is wrong? It appears that all his problems ate annoying fans who have not learned to properly be a fan. I personally don't understand them. What do you get from waiting for hours and interfering in everyone's life around your own adored celebrity and make him lose the shine of living just to take a picture if you are lucky with your own incapable skills of photo shooting.
