why go lich -> nashors when fed instead of stormsurge? is the extra magic pen not as useful?

Idk why he goes this build Lich->Stormsurge does like 200-250 more damage in a whole combo (you need 2 nashor AA‘s to make up for this damage what is just to much) And with rabadons as a three item core you‘ll even do like 300-400 more damage with stormsurge in place of nashor. Go and do the numbers if you like to or trust me ;) The only thing I can see why he is going it is because of comfort because he always went this build or to shred towers even more but I don‘t know if it‘s worth for it and playstyle even though he also just landed a lot of short trades. I mean hie build Stormsurge-> Lich also works just as well, just go whatever works and you like the most

@@husseinmoussa2947 yeah i always run stormsurge -> lich whether im fed or not for that reason. i dont ever build nashors anymore after the nerfs. i can only really see split pushing or objective/camp clearing in jg as the best reason for it even though stormsurge & lich can still get the job done decently.

@ Yeah right, but I still go Lich first (in the jng you can build it consistently as the first item) because even though the first rotation does less damage, having more damage in extended fights and in the second rotation is better imo as a first item because at that point fights are still slower and you can get multiple lich bane combos off. But at 2 items the game starts to accelerate a lot and you may only get 1 whole combo off that‘s why stormsurge is good and even after the passive procc is used your combo will do more damage than nashor (but it‘s a lil slower tho but it‘s okay)

Well, I play Ekko for mid, and very often take Nashor first, it makes it easy to farm minions and towers, and the difference in damage between Stormsurge is made up for by the fact that Stormsurge's passive has a 30 second cooldown. For me Nashor has become more convenient over the years, + the Nashor-Lich build can be used even if there aren't many enemies to kill with combo

Nashor is so perfect for ekko giving u attack speed so if u miss ur q u can still one shot people and u can melt towers and u can farm easier and u have more over time dmg . Without nashor if u miss ur combo ur just fucked up but with nashor u can always manage to somehow proc ur passive and run away with the move speed . And it gives 100 ap . I'm a master tier ekko main and my core build is this : lich _ nashor _ rabadon _ shadowflame and u can build zhonya or other components if u want but this build really hits I always 1vs9 with that I recommend u try it ❤
