Ordered Mi11Tpro on the 14th to be delivered on 23rd, but it didn't arrive on the 23rd. Thereafter, Amazon extended the delivery date to 24th - 26th and the long wait begins. So i waited but it still didn't arrive. Further adding to my anxiety was that the Tracking shows that the package has been delayed in transit since 23rd. So After waiting for another week and the package delayed in transit for more than 8 days thinking that it'd deliver and must be late because of the Amazon festival sale, i finally contacted Amazon customer care today,17 days after the order was placed and 8 days after expected delivery. They told me that the package must have been lost and tried to refund me. I was Furious.! I didn't want them to refund me because I've been waiting for more than two weeks and the Discount offer was already over if were to place a fresh order. That sucks because it defeats the whole purpose of waiting for the Diwali sale since Summer and lose the discount offer just because Amazon fucked up. I told the CS to apply the Amazon A-Z policy and give me a replacement of my package, which they did, hesitantly. And now the whole exercise of waiting is recurring, It's been 24 hrs and the package is still 'Preparing for dispatch'.
