This is actually the phone that I'm waiting to be sold one day for 400 € or less. It is not way too big and seems to be significantly cheaper than the base 12. I really don't need the extra processing power. I like MIUI and the looks, and battery life is on a good level too. I'm pretty sure this phone will be a minor banger eventually. It seems sooner or later the same sized Samsung Galaxy S21 will hit 400 € in Finland, but I don't trust Samsung as a brand anymore, because they always screw something up, like their phones being laggy. People praise that Samsung phones get many version updates and whatnot, but I'm pretty sure that just means they are going to screw your phone eventually - just like in the past.

I would like for the Poco F4 to have a newer SoC. It would be nice if they would step it up to the 888, or if Qualcomm released a refreshed 888 (e.g., the 890) like they did for the 865 with the 870. However, all possible supply issues aside, the 8 Gen 1 is not big of a leap over the 888 like I feel the 888 was over the 865. On the GPU side it is considerably faster but not that much on the CPU side. So I feel that they are keeping the 870 around because the 888 is too close to the 8 Gen 1.

@@luckycorn8590OK, so I just was the xiaomi 22 spec. It also has the 8 gen1 chip. Personally, I like compact phones and since the 12 pro doesn't comes with any bigger battery, The normal 12 will suit me well.

@@goodluckokereke actually j would reccomend the 12x instead, it has a powerful yet well thermally managed and efficient chip, which means it'll have more battery life too, the only other major difference is wireless charging which I don't see the point of. The 870 is probably powerful enough for all daily tasks other than extreme gaming and the 870 does have a slightly worse ISP bit we'll see that in the camera tests whether it's that big of a difference, plus this phone is like 100euros cheaper so yeah definitely get the xiaomi 12x

It is just so stupid that xiaomi drops this phone with Android 11. By doing that xiaomi offers one android updates less for this phone than the normal 12 and pro. This is just a plain scam os wise. Also xiaomi only said that the 12 and 12 pro will get 3 years of android updates, so you can assume this probably means 12x will only get to A13 which is just ridiculuos, considering that A12 is out for a while now....

@@nou8419 xiaomi already gets massive hate for their os. Because of countless bugs they have and instead of fixing them they just bring out a new phone which will also have countless bugs. My phone Mi 10T lite also came with A10 but back then A11 was out for a while now(2019). This year july xiaomi will drop the android updates and in the end the phone really got one Android os update from A11 to A12.

I almost all the time use Bluetooth headphones for sound and don't take pictures. Idk about picture quality on 12X but Mann, Mi 11X picture quality sucks. This is all just me things.
