Hey guys, many of you are asking why we chose the vibrant mode when we’re criticizing the photos by saying the colors and contrast are too bright. The answer is: In Authentic mode the colors are way too weak and the photo is generally very muted and lifeless. That’s why we opted for Vibrant mode. If you ask us, there should be another mode between Vibrant mode and Authentic mode that is exactly between the two. Unfortunately, we also made a mistake with the zoom. Of course, the Xiaomi can zoom 120x. The 120 FPS in 4K cannot be selected in slow motion mode, which is why we did not show it in our comparison. Don't agree att all as a photographer. In natural mode it has still more saturation and contrast then pixel 8 people seem to like. I dont care what brand it's. You choose to use it and complain in every photo in the video. This is why I don't like channels trying to be influencers depending how much companies paying you and people who read from a script.

I love the Xiaomi. The pics come out beautiful though underrated. I'm a pixel and Samsung fan but Xiaomi stood out the most in the comparisons. XIAOMI IS A WIN EVEN ON VIBRANT MODE👏👏

Guys...sorry to say that but its obvious that something is wrong with the way you are making this versus...I mean, after I tried the Xiaomi 14 ultra, it's way closer to the look of a proper camera than the other phones...in fact, its seems you are looking for a more "phone looking photo" rather a "camera looking photo"...

Also Xiaomi has main sensor 4k 120fps slow motion,1080p/720p 1920fps slow motion and remaining 3 sensors has 1080p/720p 960fps slow motion In the video Xiaomi can capture upto 8k 30fps, and 4k 60fps with Dolby vision and HDR For Macro 5cm,10cm,30cm limit is mandatory in order to get perfect image In the photo leica authentic look should be the default when comparing In Zoom video 15x zoom photo 120X and also there is a seperate option for Xiaomi in more than 30x zoom for Using AI zoom shot where no other phone can match the performance right now I see Everything in this video is to make people think Xiaomi is not great and it can't stand with iPhone and Samsung, but the truth is different if we compare in Real and Accurate results

I'm glad I'm not the only one in the comments to think that this all comparison was biased against the Xiaomi 14 ultra, during all the video I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but there are too many "one points" to Xiaomi that didn't deserve at all, even more where the own lady Versus said she liked in many aspects. And to make things worse, she even sabotaged the zoom comparison by ommiting the Xiaomi's 30X AI that would crush the other competitators without mercy.

I've seen video from professional photographers and videographers, and they all agree that the best phone on the market for photography and video is the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. Simply with its 1 inch sensor it captures better information in photos. Most videos from these content creators are sponsored and manipulated to always give the Samsung or iPhone as the winner. Xiaomi is the camera king, and you don't know how to use it. It provides a 1-inch sensor, stepless aperture, and 14 stops of dynamic range. I have seen many comparison videos of Xiaomi 14 ultra and one thing for sure It doesn't perform well as per the 1 inch sensor Instead Vivo x100 pro is the most accurate and performs well as per the sensor size So she is right with her comparison Front cam of 14 ultra is overexposed And normally all the photos of 14 ultra are with high contrast

It's always the same. When we use the authentic mode, people write: use the vibrant mode. We chose vibrant mode because the photos are better, in authentic mode the photos look colorless.

Guys. I imported the Xiaomi 14 Ultra and all these claims of contrast and what not are actually non-existent. Im a professional photographer and i honestly think that your unit has an issue. I click an average of 100-150 pics on a daily basis and 70% i find myself reaching out for the ultra more than my Nikon D5300 camera. Not a single photo comes out overexposed or so contrasty even in challenging situations. Also, Xiaomi has 120x zoom with AI and it perfoms hell better than my friend's S24U by a gap, especially when ai is on so i wonder how you were testing and missed out on that unmissable detail. I have a lot but please check your unit and review again coz Xiaomi 14 Ultra genuinely has the most advanced capable camera system on the market. (Vivo X100 pro is also up there with it)

The only channel where every shot by Xiaomi 14 Ultra looks like a shot from a 2012 phone camera and iPhone winning in every category. lol. Look, I'm not a fan of Xiaomi, but I've been following this phone lately and watched several reviewers(big/small) channels, professionals/regular Joe and they shared common results, 14 Ultra is a beast! It can't be that bad if it is the most anticipated camera phone of the year. The only phone that can come close to it is my Vivo X100 Pro, and both phones trade blows in some shots. Unlike this channel. Come on, stop spreading hate on Chinese phones which are better value than iPhones or Samsung.

I don't think it's a fair comparison. You're using Leica Vibrant to improve colors and make photo more in life (as your term) but then you complain about highly saturated colors? Then don't use the Vibrant, use Authentic? Xiaomi 14 Ultra has most sophisticated and perfectly designed camera to be used in both manual and auto mode. It seems you guys not really familiar with it's capability. I agree Samsung and Apple both better than Xiaomi in terms of Zoom and Video quality, but in Night mode, color accuracy, macro shots and general camera quality, Leica has done great job. I hope you guys will make another "unbiased" comparison.

In no category does the Xiaomi come out as the winner according to your 'test', what a BS comparison 😂😂. If you don't know how to use the 14 Ultra, then you shouldn't test it with the Vibrant mode, of course. And also Xiaomi is the best at macro and night shots but hey, Versus tells us it's the worst and you should take the S24 Ultra with their purple sky.. It is ironic that 'Ultra' cam phones compete in trivialities like point'n'shoot portraits and which flavour of wrong colour and light processing is the flavour of the month for influencers. The manufacturers get weird mixed signal - instead of improving the hardware they might decide to spend humongous resources to improve edge detection and scenery AI. Xiaomi has done good by going in real Ultra direction. As I am holding a S23U I think twice before upgrading to Samsung again. The chase Iphone and are doing disservice to all.

I returned my s24u because the camera was awful... Finally settled on the xiaomi 14 ultra. The camera is incredible... I have no idea what you e done to these images or whether your unit is defective but the Xiaomi 14 ultra takes far more accurate and pleasing pictures than the s24u

For anyone who believes what this girl is saying, look at her here 3:12 and look at all her Xiaomi 14 ultra photos in the comparison and tell me they're any different from the 14 Ultra's... 14 ultra isn't over exposed, heavy contrasty as she claims, it's simply vibrant and detailed and she's basically lying.😂😂😂

My choice is always Xiaomi 14U cause I am really interested in photography 1" sensor and Leica color tuning + variable aperture ☺ DSLR like pictures

I think video itself is wrong. Xiaomi is would be clear winner if you use it properly. It has the variable aperture. It has 1 inch sensor. Its the only phone, compared to other phones in the video. You take the photos straight out of camerae without correcting the aperture or taken in auto mode. It is the best camera out there now.

I'm not sure why people keep saying "iphones are the most color accurate" coz whenever my girlfriend takes pictures with her iphone, sometimes the color is way off, especially yellow colored stuff. Sometimes happens with lemons, with her pink dress, and with the color of a chapel in Macau.

Very unprofessional and pro-iphonish review. Please don't do that anymore , it is obvious you r getting paid by apple. When you compare cameras the first thing to do is to set each camera to similar settings, not intensionally use different ones-for example xiaomi has a switch to natural colours and here is used vivid intensionally. Galaxy also is badly setted intensionally. Every camera should be on hdr mode on and ai on and it is obvious that only on iphone you put those to on and other phones off. You cannot compare cameras when you are not setting them up equally and evenly to the mode you capture. Even the framing and the size of photos are different not to mension every camera has extended options to improve quality or even to capture in raw format. Don't get fooled by this paid review...

Change your channel name to "SPONSERED". You said iPhone has the natural color tone. Pixel is the best example of natural color. Most of the photos from 14 ultra is eye pleasing and customer need that one .

I find it funny how you generally consider xiaomi's contrast too strong, and seem to give more points to flatter, more "HDRish" looking photos, and yet, your talking head shots whether in studio or outside are pretty heavily contrasted...so, which is it? Is contrast good or bad? People these days seem to rate phones based on how effective the HDR is, period. A good looking photo is much more that "detail in the shadows and highlights", so thank god we get all kinds of "looks" to chose from from the multiple phones out there. Personally I think xiaomi's look is the most interesting, and closest to a real camera, and although I will agree it likes to overexpose, the native camera app is waaaaaay better than any of the other 3, and you can set the EV compensation to permanentely be around -0,3 or 0,7 EV and voilá, no more overexposed photos! Try that in any of the other 3!

Xiaomi has option to use genetative AI to enhance details in 30x to 120x shots which is purposely dropped from the review. The bias is pretty obvious. I am going to drop this channel from here on.

How come every Versus host refuses to do research on Xiaomi phones? The settings/features are very rarely hidden or have some kind of requirement which you can usually easily find out about. In one of the 13 Ultra videos they were comparing literal dynamic shots (basically takes a photo but keeps about a half second before and after as a gif) and sometimes compared the gif parts to other phones actual photos then complained about the lack of quality from the Xiaomi (I recommend entirely turning it off if you carely about detailisation because it does very slightly lower the actual photo's). Something else they do EVERY time is use vibrant which almost everyone knows has better dyanmic range but is oversaturated, this is something you can easily swap between. Another thing which is actually forgiveable is that sometimes using 5X 50MP and then cropping the photo is better than just zooming more than 5x in the default 12MP, this is situational and I recommend doing it when you can.
