HI bro,I got same issue 2 times, first time service team came and do so many boards modification, now again same problem came. can i get the new TV replacement. how to proceed. please comment ,now also we raise service request for issue, still no proper reply from MI.same issue came 2 times,i need a new TV as replacement bcz it is under warranty

bro im facing same issue within 15 days my xiaomi 5a tv got black out i took it nearest mi store but till after 5 days also im not getting any proper response from service team its really disappointed in my home mom and all scolding me about this please help me out in this i dont want repair it i just want replace the tv only

Hi sir maire pass bhi Xiami ka X43 TV hai or same problem ho raha hai, 6 February se tv ka panel black ho gaya hai, service center se phone per details le kar pahle mother board ka issue hai bole fir 27 February ko mother board lagane k bad bolte hi panel ka problem hai uske bad se panel k liye ghuma rahe hai, sir actual mai kaha complain kare ki koi help kare, bus har bar ek complain number de kar or time mag lete hai, please batye kis ko mail karu ki problem solve ho jaye. @@rajshekhar1235 ha solve hua per 2 month lag gaya, pahle panel change kiya fir mother board change kiya. Bahut ghumate hai service center vale, warranty period hone ke bad bhi 2 month laga diya. Maine to New TV hi lay li, sab ko request hai Xiami ka TV mat lena

Are bhai dukan me dikhtae toh 1 diin me ban jata... Khair apka warranty me tha... Toh apnae warranty me reh ke free of cost replacement kiya hoga toh thik hai... Agar out of warranty kbhi bhi kharab hoo toh dukan pe lagaye repair ke liye... Sales and service ke upper depend rehyega toh aap biik jayega...

Mere 55 inch mi TV ke pannel mein line aane lagi Maine complain Kari aur 15 days k under new tv laga gaye but Jo pehle meri tv thi woh 4k ultra hd aati thi ab jo replacement mein di hai bilkul normal 55 inch ki de di fraud hai mi wale Isme chalta toh sabkuch hai but Jo pehle wali tv thi uski clearity ki baat hi alag thi ekdam 4k hd chalti thi Mi ki service maha Khatu hai aur saale mi wale replacement wali tv ya pannel original nai dete hai Aur baad mein koi bhi sunta nai hai

Mobile ke liye atleast service center Pai Jaa toh sakte hai. TV ke condition mai bus phone Pai customer care se baat karte raho aur woh log ko bhi exactly kuch nahi Pata rahta hai.
