Hey, this option is available. And there are some comments bellow of people who did a switch. I personally didn't need it, so, I didn't try it. But it works as I see from other comments.

This electronic device will not gone help. The door is made of paper and cardboard. Gentle kick and you are in.

Thank you for the comment! You are right, our apartment is located in gated community, and we don't need a such security that you mentioned. Even so, our door is from aluminium, and one kick will not break it as easy as you think. The goal of this video was to share my experience about the doorlock, but, for sure, you can set up it in most protected doors.

Unfortunately you can't :(. You only can delete the code remotely. So, what I do is create 10 codes, and after give them one by one to clients or friends, and delete them after

Hi. On installation, I somehow triggered the alarm. The message in the app says something like , "door facing the wrong way." Do you know how to switch off the alarm while I sort out the direction?

As you may see on some other comments, my setup is in gated community, so, the environment is secure by itself But I think I would use it in not gated community with a stronger door And I would have a second lock, that I would use as an additional lock if I go to vacations.

There is instruction how to switch the side, but I never did it, sorry. It should not be so difficult. Also ask you seller about it.

Hi, I don't know the difference. I have the S2, and PRO was not available when I bought mine. The probably added extras staff to it. Sorry, can't help to much here

Hello. Does this, or the Aqara N100 has the "unlocked mode" for example, if I want to keep the door unlocked in daytime? For example, I press some function button, Unlock and then it will not lock again, until I lock or lift the handle from either side. My current fingerprint lock (YRHAND) has this option, but can't turn it off from inside. Can only be turned off by using Finger/Pin/RFID from outside again.

Hi, no. This model comes without this mode. At least I never seen it.

@@kostanos Maybe it has similar software, like other chinese smart locks.. You Press 5 and # and enter PIN/finger to go into "Unlocked Mode"

Hi, yes, I use this door lock with the hub and doorbell. There is the link to the hub in description. The door lock has the doorbell button on it.

No, unfortunately, you can't open this door lock remotely. But everything else is possible

It has a mini USB, which you can use to connect with external power (any power bank should work), once you open the door, you can replace the batteries.

thx for letting me know about this terrible product.I advice you to sell it even with your door...:) the cheap simple door handle is 120usd and works like charm! this is over complicated and NOT practicle.
