Download TWRP for your phone and copy to adb folder. Open terminal and go to folder link. TWRP flash command is ./fastboot flash recovery (twrp name).img

I don't found any error during bootloader unlock process. Bootloader request is waiting 7 days for Xiaomi device. please retry it.

@@agthuphyo7724 Thanks for your answer. I noticed MiUnlockTools is out of date and no longer supported, I tried by using XiaoMiTool V2 and it worked, just have to wait 7 days due to restriction.
