The treadmill sounds pretty loud when you run. Is that normal? Is it always like this? It is advertised with the promise that it should be very quiet, but it really doesn't sound like quiet. 🤔

She took all my information and submitted a request to replace the defective part. I'm hoping to finish assembly and start using this treadmill soon. в этой поддерживается до 10км. в других (A1, C1 вроде) до 6км, но пока не подключишь приложение, и или не пройдешь сколько то км, то для безопасности ограничено до 3х как то так.

Ho comprato R1 Pro, mi da un po fastidio la linea di chiusura trasversale mentre corro, secondo te dipende dalla disposizione dei piedini? Ho provato a settarli ma comunque la linea di piega della base anche con le scarpe da corsa si sente parecchio, l'hai notato anche tu? Inoltre ho dovuto mettere una pedana sottostante antivibrazioni, in quanto correndo con il rumore per chi sta nell'appartamento sotto al mio è troppo!

mau tanya bro..ini aku beli R2pro..begitu nyala dinamo..pegangan besi tengah nya nyetrum...di tanya ke penjual..alasannya ga ada grounding..aku pakai sambungan kabel isi 2..non gorunding.. begitu aku colok ke stopkontak tembok..ada grounding.. begitu dinamo jalan.. tidak ada kebocoran listrik.. berarti itu alat bocor listrik..ada yg tidak benar kan? soalnya aku complaint..alasan nya ga masuk akal..harus colok ke stopkontak yg ada ground..mohon pencerahan nya..soalnya aku complaint yg bales cs cewe...mereka kan gelap soal beginian. terimakasih sebelumnya.

I like the idea of a very compact treadmill but does it need the app to work or can it be used without it? I read comments that it requires the app to go faster and the app has a lot of problems. Some have trouble logging in/connecting or get logged out/disconnected making the treadmill useless. Does anyone have problems with the app as well?

Install ks fit on playstore or appstore.. select your region free.. except china mainlad (Applicable only r1 not r1 pro).. if you select china mainland you should habe china mobile ph number.

I figured out the solution. But you need a China phoen no. with SMS to get verification code. You register on KS FIT. Select China as region. Then verify the account by getting a code from SMS. Done
