Sounds to me either a software problem...it is locked or it has just been registered in the m365 app and for a few km it will just run like that, or...a bad coil in the motor or a bad Mos-fet in the controller. Of course it could be something else...but that is what I think it could be without taking any measurements. See if you can connect with the app...it is possible that it will give you the error code. Based on that, you can diagnose it further.

Same here, just resoldering a couple of the tabs in the battery fixed it. What a pile of s#%t these scooters. Poor design, flimsy, battery can’t take the vibrations. The tabs are very very flimsy.
