I bought the button on ebay (about 15 euros), put the phone on the radiator until it warmed up well and pulled the back with a suction cup until I made room for the separating tool (if it's hot, it's very easy to open and you don't have to changed the glue) I unscrewed the screws which are all the same although one is hidden under a sticky tape and one has a seal on it with MI, I removed the protective cover, I removed the two connectors as shown in the video and I have the phone back on the radiator as to heat up the battery glue so that I can remove it more easily (you need a wider tool to hold the battery under pressure so that it comes off, you don't need to force it, just keep it under pressure and it will come apart). now it depends on you because you have to memorize the position of that metal safety and the position of the button as it should be inserted and twisted. Never force the fuse or the button cable, and the metal fuse has 2 pins that must go through 2 holes of the button. My button also works great and the fingerprint works (for 15 euros I didn't expect it, I thought it would only work as on, off)

After that the only option I had was to open the phone, remove battery, find the connector for the power button that was broken, and strip the wire a little bit and physically put it touching the connectors to power the phone on. After that I had to make sure the phone never lost charge again.
