Cheapest maybe because it doesn't have any accessories that may run you another $50, like some sort of protection for that touch screen control. If that goes out your up the creek without a paddles.

I would ask if 4k is crucial for you? If 4k is really important, go for the Mijia. If 1080P is your preference you'll actually get a better result from the Yi Lite. The Mijia's stabilization is 'better' but not available in 4k, and the 1080P video isn't as detailed. Cheers!

Very nice for the price. I wanted 4k+ uhd 60fps with stabilization but that cost about 300. For less than 100 its a nice camera to use later with my mijia scooter this year season. Thank you for detailed review Linus!

Only thing negative about this cam is...its doesn't came with any accessories. just bought a couple of days before and its a great value for money. Xiaomi should add some accessories too. cheap third grade cameras came with bundle of accessories but Xiaomi isn't providing any.

Great style of review, however this camera does not have a 12mp Sony sensor (IMX317) it has an 8mp Sony sensor (IMX177). The Yi 4k and GoPro use a 12mp sensor.

EIS works pretty well. This could be better than GitUp 2, but later seems stabilise better.

Does this camera have exposure lock while filming? And does it have external microphone support like the Gitup Git2?

You can set the exposure manually in the settings. However, you cannot simply tap on the display to lock the exposure. There is no mic input.
