USB Type-C 2.0 (Mi Pad 5) will not display out, I don't know why Xiaomi still hugging with 2.0 even with their high-end devices. Xiaomi should concentrate on this because some small features make huge consumer purchase decisions. To Xiaomi for their smartphone and Tablet switching from Type-C 2.0 to 3.0, 3.1, and 3.2 will not going to cost huge. USB Type-C 3.0,3.1,3.2 and Up will Display out (Samsung is good at this by giving Type-C 3.0 and Up based on device requirements.) In past, most of the manufacturers gave this functionality even in Micro USB 2.0 in the name of MHL.

@@monalystt If you want Xiaomi, Mi pad 5 pro will do display out as per their latest model. If you want to stream consider Lenovo gaming Tablet (if available in your country). Otherwise get a iPad you will never regret. All other brands are just a making a media consuming device. Not a gaming specific one.

Hi Rabittta, what do you think about the magnet of the case? 0:13 I have a pad 5 pro and flipcase keyboard just like yours. And the magnet is just so weak that it almost came off the tablet many times. I had to use double side glue to stick them together, expecting I wouldn't separate them frequently. A weird solution but it works for me, rather than having the tablet dropped on the floor someday

@@Rabbitta_ Sadly mine is the original from xiaomi too. Don't know why but when I flip it to make the keyboard as bottom, just like a book, and then unflip then it is easy to come off. I have hold tight the tablet while doing it. I watch some other reviewers who also reviewed this keyboard flipcase and they have the same opinion as mine. Lucky for you that you feel your keyboard magnets strong enough.

Hi Liam 👋 Both the keyboard cover and stylus pen are official product by Xiaomi for the Mi Pad 5 ☺️ But they are to be sold separately and not included in the package. They keyboard is quite good and tactile feeling when typing on it.

They use a normal N-Trig stylus (like ASUS or the MS Surface) however they are locked by the bluetooth connection. The Xiaomi pen does work on laptops (such as my ASUS UX461) and it works way better than the ASUS pen. Other pens will NOT work on the Pad 5.

@@delmezog6480 I would say it depends on the use case, if you looking for HDMI output then I wouldn't recommend it. 🤔 I think iPad has better support on the HDMI output as I've seen that a lots of video related to this. 😊 If you are looking for a decent tablet with pen input then I would recommend this because this tablet comes with 120hz refresh rate which is quite pleasant when using it 😁

​@@delmezog6480 Yup iPad 9 do support HDMI, you can get the official Apple adapter "Lightning Digital AV Adapter" but it quite costly, I think you may get third party brand for the same function too. I didn't own any iPad yet so I can't share which third party adapter is good, but I would recommend few branded that I used before and reliable like Baseus and UGreen, need to check if they manufacturer similar adapter.

Hi Mariana Biclare 👋 Sorry missing out your question. I had tested the Mi Pad 5 Pro (China ROM) with Mi TV Stick (Global ROM) Unfortunately they didn't communicate well and the casting was failed when I'm trying. Not sure if Mi Pad 5 (Global ROM) will connect better I think.

Sorry but u have no idea about how anything works just testing randomly idc if this video is 1 year ago And about the printer u have to download specific app to make it work with cable And it doesn't work on it because it has no Video out but pad 6 has And u can't connect two outputs devices with HDMI and expect works somehow one of them has to connect with input cable like USB and there's punch of apps do that both ways

Hi Mark 👋 That's really a good question, I've never thought of that before 😁 Anyway thanks for your suggestion and I did the test to connect my Nikon D90 to the tablet using the USB-C Adapter just like a normal computer method. And it manage to detect the device as well as the camera storage ! Hope this answer your question ! 🤗
