Yes, cause your RAM is like an ice for your water. No matter how good your chipset is if your RAM is low it will process badly because of its low RAM. I have an Redmi Note 13 with a variant of 6+128gb and i tried genshin on it, It was bad because 6 gb doesn't meet the minimum requirements for genshin. I suggest going for an 8 to 16 gb RAM if you want to play genshin for a long time.
