Watching from redmi 5 plus aka redmi note 5 ... I definitely satisfied and loved it so much ... No slow down, no heating issue, no fps drops. Miui 9 version performance is very smooth and fast.

Just bought this Redmi 5 Plus phone and I am loving it...!!! Super long Battery, and 9/10 marks for it's screen quality and performance, the Only problem with Redmi 5 Plus Phone is that, there is no Option of changing "Font Style" of the phone, and for the ppl who buy phones only for "Selfie" this Phone isn't that good...Other than that, 8/10 Marks for the whole Phone from my side.

I have recently got this phoned. I think it is very good for the money. The one thing that hasn't worked for me do well is the GPS. I use Strava and it keeps losing the signal. Has anyone had this problem with the GPS? Is there a fix?

I ALMOST got this phone today as I think it's great for the price. But then I took a really good look at the cameras and they weren't really that good, in my opinion. Especially those front facing camera's. The color's looked a bit washed out and not accurate and overall images looked a bit too soft for my taste. It's an excellent phone for the price, but it definitely wasn't for me.

As far as I know, there are 2-3 different versions of the phone (international/global, etc.). I know there are also different country requirements for listing certain regulatory information on smartphones. I wouldn't be concerned about the different logos and text. If the phone functions well, if it came with legit software and a legit box, if you bought it from a reputable website or store, I would be confident that the device is authentic.

There are certainly lags with the phone in the video. Had to play the video at 2x speed to get the smooth look that you can observe on the oneplus 5T. This device is probably going to fit people who just need a basic smart phone well though: average specs, average screen, average camera, nothing seems to be too bad. Hope that its durability is at least average or better as well, if it breaks in just a few months like other Chinese products then it may not be worth it.
