Hey Dave, I bought the exact airdots a month ago and I am having a lot of microphone issues, both on laptop and my android phone. My sound is always muffled and the background noise is actually more audible than my own voice during calls and meetings. The biggest bummer is that it's app is in Chinese language with no translation available. I saw your video and the microphone test sounded really great. Can you please tell me what settings are you using for it to give best Microphone results? Maybe my settings are messed up 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thanks!

so the sound is ok? because many reviewers i trust and many reviews ay that thhe sound is bad. But they are feature packed and i am looking to buy my first noise cancellation earbuds for going outside as i have already very good sounding tws for home and i dont want to spend much money. Also they can be connected to two devices which would be very convinient for me. They are cheaper now. I use the redmi buds 3 lite and the yound is ok enough for me. Hi brother, it's actually Problem of an android itself. You'd only be able to use the microphone of the TWS on calls.. If you'd want to use it for other task, Android software simply wouldn't let you do it. On the iOS / iPhone on the other hand you can use the Microphone of the TWS wherever you want to.

Is it just me or is the ANC much worse on the Redmi Air Dots 3 Pro compared to the Xiaomi Flipbuds Pro I heard in your other video? I didn't notice that big a difference when I tried them both on in the MI store but it wasn't very noisy in store. What's your opinion on the ANC between the 2?

It’s hard to compare them since one is a premium earbuds and the other is a value earbud. But yes the Flipbuds Pro are better.

That Ted test was hilarious as it wasn't as effective as you're actual ear. Yours as the mic would still pickup the surrounding noises without a good seal. It's unlike your ear where there's an actual seal so the thing, your case, your eardrum (vs Ted's hard ear canal mic) which is sealed from outside input if sealed correctly. There's an option in the official Redmi Buds Pro app that would test if you inserted the proper sized ear tips for a good seal.

First of All thanks for the time brother aand writing this down; I always spend around half an hour to make sure the seal is perfect; Yes that includes everything if that has app setting to test out that too; And If I don't find they seat properly I've bought some clay that is meant for this type of stuff You can check my Galaxy Buds Pro I did put the fitiing material and made the seal proper also As the Galaxy Buds 2 didn't fit properly I have't yet made the video on them .. YOu can check I've only did the Mic Comparision video with them;

There is one suggestion from me : you should summerize the review in 30 to 40 sec in the end especially you miss to tell the latency test outcome bcz its quite hard to judge the latency performance visually.

Are the mics sound that good? is the ambient noise is loud enough like the outside environment? The most important thing for me is the quality of the mics because the older version was bad and people almost couldn't hear me well when I was surrounded by noise

I think that the Mics on this are really well, and ANC is also working Pretty Good, And Yeah the Noise was loud enough... Somewhere around 50 to 60 DB

These are literally the worst sounding earbuds/ earphones I have ever heard... I bought these last week and I was extremely disappointed. The sound is so boring and flat with no bass. It sounds like you are listening to music from a ton can filled with 1995 honda civic door panel speakers. The looks of the buds are nice and the touch is very responsive but the sound it creates makes me want to smash them on the ground. I returned them to the store next day.
