Basically performance. The + is powered by Dimensity 7200 Ultra (4 nm) w/ up to 2.8GHz octa-core processor in contrast to latter's Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 (4 nm) with up to 2.40GHz speeds. Another notable diff is fast charging support with the former's 120W wired charging versus latter's 67W. 🙂
