I have personally had a personally have had a very bad experience with this product. After two years of purchase, there was an issue with the battery. On complaining, the Company informed that the gadget has reached end of life and therefore spare parts are not available. I was appalled and shocked. Why is the Company still marketing this product if they cannot be serviced. I have had a similar issue with the Poko F1 phone of this Company which I had to discard. Shall personally never purchase Xiaomi products 2:25

Just to clarify, I have purchased the same model two years back and now the company is saying that they cannot service the robot as they have stopped manufacturing the parts. Best wishes to those who still want to buy this product

bumper is stuck, even i tapped the bumper, its not working, robot just rotates at one place, even there is no debris, even their poor technician team could not fix it, i complained to xioami india, its still in warranty, they are not providing replacement, please help me.
