I own one. the mopping is average. 2/5 Vaccum is best 4/5 Overall 4/5 The water tank is small and it falls off often when it hits the corners of wall and tables. -- Design failure.

6:14 It does not matter standard or turbo mode for mopping as that just changes the suction power, what can be different if you change the water flow (Low, Medium, High) for this cleaning.

It only releases more water. Hence some tough dirts will clean up. It won't last since the water tank is small.

Thank you.. I have a question for mop2 pro.. The cleaning tool (I mean with the blade one) Where can i put it on the cleaner? There was a place under the cover... but at pro2 there is not any place where can i put this small thing?

6:52 - In scheduler can you choose the Rooms you want it to clean? Like every Monday clean Rooms A and B, every Friday clean Rooms C, D, E... ? Or it's like the Xiaomi MOP 2C where you can't select the rooms ? Also, can you select the order of the rooms, like Clean Room B first then move to Room C...

How does the multi floor mapping actually work? Do you just move the robovac upstairs and it will detect the other map itself?

Vacuum and mop fuction can it be working at the same time? And isn't necessary to remove water tank while charging?

No need to remove the tank while charging. Mop+Vac will go same time. Water tank is small. You need to refill frequently. And it fall off often when it hits the sides of wall and tables.

i am concern about dog hairs. then it will get all tangled and not clean ?

No problem with dog hair, Dog is the reason we got the robot vacuum in the first place. This vacuum only seems to struggle in places where carpet ends and floor starts. When going over the edge the suction is a bit higher from the floor and suction in normal or medium modes leaves dirt on the floor. Turbo mode helps, but is loud.

It will tangle between the brushes but you can use the tools to clean it

@@TechNaveMY Removing the brush is super easy though, compared to our traditional Miele cat&dog brushing suction head where you can't remote the brush at all Xiami Mi is a breeze to clean. Once I had a sock stuck in the brushes and blocking suction, that stopped the brush completely but there was no warning from the app.
