You put tape on the grips of a vicegrip and then you squeeze the tire so it is easier to remove with your spatulas. 2 vicegrips is even better. It remains a sport that should be included in the Olympics but it makes it "easier".

You are one of the best youtubers I follow and I think I should ask you for help with a problem I have with my scooter When I bought my scooter (used) it was at hacked speed then I did an update to (Xiaomi Home) and after that the scooter came back to normal speed... I tried to pass the hacked speed program using (DownG) it doesn't work.. it doesn't accept any programming (firmware)

squeeze the tyre to the centre of the wheel with a pair of grips and the tyre will move a little to allow very easy removal

Have you considered solid tires? Have you considered tire slime? Not sure how effective the slime will be, but I bet it would be better than nothing.

I considered trying to mount solid tyres .. and that's the one thing that's even harder than this 😂 I did have slime before .. but - meh - probably helped - don't know - still got a flat tyre and - it makes a huge mess when you eventually do get a serious enough puncture
