Fresh out of the box, I charged the padlock but instead of a steady red light, its a blinking red light. And its been 12 hrs already and it's still not fully charged. I am unable to register or do anything with it. Help please!

Mine is not working. Upon receiving.. I charge it but the red light is not steady.. It keeps on blinkinf fast.. Was charged for how many minutes.. Tried to unlock but doesn't work as if it's dead bat.

I don't think you can otherwise it would make the device susceptible to theft. I would ask the seller for a refund or replacement.

Hi Hadi, Its meant to last up to 365 days on standby. I'm not sure with real time usage. It will depend on how often you use it. I have been using mine 2-3 times a week for the past 3 months as a gym padlock and never had to re-charge.
