Hello I live in Iraq and I purchased xiaomi watch s1 from China, so when I got it and paired up to my phone I couldn't find " language option " it's still on China's language, what I should to do?

Sorry to hear about that, currently the Xiaomi Watch S1 (China Version) only support Chinese language for now, there’s no way to change it. Only (Global Version) got the option to change the language.

Have you managed to change the language yet? I'm also thinking about buying one, but it's the Chinese version, so I want to switch to the English language if it's already available.

Xiaomi are not serious about this. In app store are just 3 applications and half off the exercise are just a name don't work. 5/10 for my s1active.

I decided to pull go for it. ....it was a mistake! It's an oversized fitness band (not really a smart watch) and a bad one at that. The appearance of everything meets expectations, but the substance, data detail, accuracy, and functionality are all missing. I can't see that any of the results other than perhaps the step counter or GPS tracking are accurate to a useful degree. The sleep data appears to be entirely based off of heart rate (which is a flawed model), and there is no indication that the heart rate tracking is any better than Mi Watch, which was ok, but not excellent. If you set up the watch for the most accurate measurements and "always on" then the battery life is only 1 day (minus two hours that you can't wear it during the day if you want sleep tracking because of charging), which is annoying. I can't recommend this "watch" if you care about the data quality, and I can't recommend it if you want other features (there basically are none and there are no apps that work with it because it's a proprietary OS). Two thumbs down! I'm going to sell mine.

just bought 4 hours ago, regret. dont buy. this is "stupid watch", not "smart Watch". cannot play mp3 withou phone, not link to other xiaomi device like scale or shoes. i m mi fan 1st time regret to buy xiaomi.
