What I love in this show is that we see how the trainees glow up, they are already a league of their own but they still improved a lot. Like how xiotang was poker faced on the first episode but now she's smiling a lot. They feel pressure but they also value friendship. Which is the essence of survival, one does not live alone.

Xiaotang is an unique person. Her personality, visual, dance, and vocals have a special character. I would say that she has her own style, there are no trainees who are similar to her. I mean, for example, if you look at yu yan and anqi, they are talented and have everything they need to be an idol, but they are too similar. Many people assume that talent = powerful, and xiaotang doesn't have enough power so she doesn't deserve to be top 9. But hey- she does a lot of improvisation and adds her own styles to her dance. I think that is also a great talent. Just my opinion though, feel free if u arent agree with me.

Appreciate it for appreciating her. She graduated from Beijing dance academy in ethnic folk dance. China also have Mongolian minorities in Inner Mongolia, so we also consider this as part of Chinese traditional dance as Chinese is a nationality and we don’t want anyone that’s of minor ethnic (which we have over 55, w Han being the majority) to feel dis-included.

I have to say that Mongolian culture is also a part of traditional Chinese culture. Culture is not just black and white, it's a gray colour thing. We communicate and influence each other. And also in China there is a province called inner Mongolia which still keeps a lot of Mongolian people's traditions. Like they still use traditional Mongolian Alphabet. But in Mongolia you are using Russian alphabet. I mean although you independent from China, Chinese people still see you as family members. Every child has been told in their textbook that they should be nice to Mongolian people cause we are brothers. And that's why you can see this dance in our hottest show and everybody likes it.
